Tres Leche Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 c butter
• 1 c sugar
• 5 large eggs
• 1 teas vanilla
• 1 1/2 c flour
• 1 1/2 teas baking powder
• 1 c milk
• 12 oz evaporated milk
• 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

Step 1

Grease & flour 13X9" pan
Cream butter, sugar, eggs & vanilla.

Mix flour & baking powder; fold into egg mixture. Pour into pan and bake 30 minutes.

Combine milks.
Poke holes in hot cake. Pour milk mixture over cake. Cool.
Top with whipped cream.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
