Ingredients
- Potatoes:
- 5 lbs peeled potatoes, cooked, drained and mashed
- 2 cups sour cream
- 6 Tbs butter
- 2-1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup crumbs
- 2 Tbs melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sour cream, butter, salt and pepper with potatoes. Spoon into buttered, covered casserole. Refrigerate up to one day ahead.
Bake covered at 325 degrees one hour. Uncover, top with crumbs and melted butter. Bake 30 minutes more.
