Green Chile Chili

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 lbs beef stew meat - cubed
• 1 large onion - finely chopped
• 1 large can diced green chiles
• 1 package mild chili mix
• 1 can tomato sauce
• 1 can petite diced tomatoes
• 1 can dark kidney beans - drained
• 2 cans black beans - drained

Preparation

Step 1

In a large dutch oven, brown stew meat and onion. Add additional ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about an hour for optimal flavor.
