Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs Idaho potatoes
  • 4-5 stalks celery
  • 1 medium sweet onion
  • Hellman's mayo (1/2 jar)
  • celery salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes 40 minutes, cool then peel and cut. Add diced celery, onions. Add mayo till desired consistency.
