Ingredients

3 eggs
3 c whole milk
2 T cornstarch
1 teas vanilla
1 C sugar
2 T flour
4 T (heaping) cocoa powder
1 baked pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all dry ingredients in saucepan. Whisk in egg yolks, a little milk and vanilla to make paste. Add remaining milk and cook over medium low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Cool 5 minutes and pour in pie shell.
