2 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. creamy peanut butter

These Peanut Butter Bon Bons are SO addicting! They are so good on their own, but dipping them in any flavor of chocolate (which ever your favorite is) makes these over the top. When I was making these up I couldn’t stop picking at the mix, I love the coconut in it. We got this recipe years ago from our cousin Jill and it has quickly become a family favorite and a must if you are doing fondue or a chocolate fountain! They are also a great center filling if you are dipping chocolates.

Mix graham cracker, powdered sugar and coconut together. Add butter, vanilla, and peanut butter and stir until completely combined. Roll or press mixture into 1-inch balls.
