Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • 1 clove garlic, quartered
  • 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained and 1/4 C liquid reserved
  • 1 C roasted red bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Step 1

Add ingredients, including the ¼ cup reserved garbanzo bean liquid, to FourSide jar (or Twister Jar) in order listed and secure lid. Select “Dips” and serve.
