Ingredients
- 16 oz. fresh mini mozzarella balls
- 1 lb. cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup olive oil
- 6 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tea. red pepper flakes
- 2 tea. garlic salt
- 1 tea. dried oregano

Preparation
Step 1
In a large glass bowl, combine mozzarella, tomatoes and basil.
In a separate small bowl, blend olive oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes, garlic salt and oregano.
Stir the dressing into the salad.
