Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork chop suey
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 pound mushroom
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 can waterchestnuts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 medium green onion
  • soy sauce
  • cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat in oil and drain. Add chicken broth and put meat back in pan, simmer for 20 minutes. Saute green pepper, green onion, celery, and mushrooms. Add bean sprouts and vegetables to meat and simmer an addtional 20 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch and soy sauce. Serve over cooked rice.
