Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 cup Coco-Cola
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tea. salt
- 2 tea. pepper
- 2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
- 1 cup whole canned tomatoes (without juice)
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Jack Daniel's whiskey

Step 1
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Saute onions, stirring often, until translucent, 8 minutes.
Add garlic and cook 2 minutes. Add cola, vinegar, Worcestershire, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and boil until reduced by half, 10-12 minutes.
Add tomato paste, tomatoes, brown sugar and whiskey; return to a boil and cook, stirring, until slightly thickened, 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat, cool slightly and puree in blender until smooth.
