Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. Ground Beef (80% lean, don't get too lean, you need the fat for sauce)
  • 1/4 lb. Ground Pork (if you don;t have pork add 1/4 of beef instead)
  • 1 Cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2/3 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 Clove garlic, cut fine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1.8 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl

Mix wet ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat eggs in.

Mix wet ingredients in with meat, sprinkle in dry ingredients and mix well.

Brown meat balls on all sides in a skillet and pour fat/grease off as it collects. DO NOT START A KITCHEN FIRE

Pour fat into your spaghetti sauce

Add meatballs to spaghetti sauce about 20 minutes before ready to eat.
