Spaghetti with Mom's Meatballs

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. Ground Beef (80% lean, don't get too lean, you need the fat for sauce)
- 1/4 lb. Ground Pork (if you don;t have pork add 1/4 of beef instead)
- 1 Cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 2/3 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 Clove garlic, cut fine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1.8 tsp. black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
Mix wet ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat eggs in.
Mix wet ingredients in with meat, sprinkle in dry ingredients and mix well.
Brown meat balls on all sides in a skillet and pour fat/grease off as it collects. DO NOT START A KITCHEN FIRE
Pour fat into your spaghetti sauce
Add meatballs to spaghetti sauce about 20 minutes before ready to eat.
