Ingredients
- 2 cans (1 pound 12 oz) tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 tbsp onion salt
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 2 tsp celery salt
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- Meatballs or Italian Sausage

Preparation
Step 1
Place tomatoes in blender and puree
Place in a Slow Cooker
Add remaining ingredients, stir thoroughly
Cover and cook on Low 10-12 hours or on High 5-6 hours
Discard bay leaf
Cook up meatballs or Italian sausage and add to sauce when half way thru cooking
Serve over cooked spaghetti or noodles and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
