Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pounds hamburg
  • 1 c course bread crumbs (sprinkled with cold water)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion salt
  • Parsley Flakes - sprinkle in
  • Oregano - dash of
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, place meat
Sprinkle dry crumbs with cold water - little at a time - until they are moist
Add this to meat
Mix all other ingredients including the whole eggs & knead with hands until it is a smooth mass

Moisten hands with cold water and shape meat into balls the size of a small egg

set aside

Start tomato/spaghetti sauce

Light brown meat mixture on all sides and add to sauce
