Ingredients
- In a bowl add:
- 2 Portobello mushrooms or 1 pkg of Baby Bellas, sliced
- 1/2 cup extra virgin col pressed olive oil
- 1/2 cup Tamari soy sauce
- 2 t cumin powder
- 1 t coriander powder
- 1 T Ume plum vinegar
- 12 cup white onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Set aside and let marinade
- Vegetables:
- In a separate bowl add:
- 1 red or yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- Add all your favorite raw veggies from here
- Cheese:
- In a blender, add:
- 1 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 2/3 T apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/12 cup distilled water
- Blend until creamy

Step 1
To make the Philly Cheese steak, start with a whole Swiss Chard leaf or Corn Tortilla or any type of favorite tortilla (there is a sprouted tortilla at Home Health Market in Davidson
First spread a layer of steak, then the veggies and finally the cheese
