Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcetershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup finely crumbled saltines
- 1 pound crab meat
- butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except crab and butter. Add crab meat and blend in with a fork being careful not to break up lumps too much. Brown crab cakes in a hot skillet with butter or broil (preferred).
