Ingredients
- 1 cup pine or macadamia nuts
- 2 T Udo's Oil Blend
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup distilled water
- 1/2 cup organic coconut butter
- 1 t Celtic Sea Salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a Vita Mix blend nuts, oils, lemon juice, water and sea salt until smooth
Slowly add more water if needed
Add coconut and blend again
Pour into glass jar, cover and refrigerate or freeze
Use anywhere butter would normally be used
Options: For flavored butter, add minced fresh herbs, garlic and/or raw agave nectar or raw unfiltered honey
Add a pinch of turmeric to "yellow"
Salt pulls all flavors together
Keep up to a month in the fridge
