Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 Lb. Italian suage
  • 2 C bread crumbs (I like Italian seasoned)
  • 6 oz. DiGiorno Three Cheese (Parmesan,Romano,and Asiago)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 clove garlic - grated
  • 1/2 C water
  • chopped parsley
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 large onion - grated

Step 1

In large bowl, mix all ingredients, and form into balls. Place meat balls in oiled baking dish. Bake at 375, turning once to brown evenly, for 15 minutes Per side.
