Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Maine Blueberry Honey
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 lemon slice
- 1 1/2 cups nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
- 2 T sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of clove
- 1/2 cup dried blueberris
- 20 sheets Phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup butter

Step 1
Preheat 350
In sauce pan over medium-high heat combine honey, water and lemon slice. simmer till thickened and reduced by half. Cool
Finely grind nuts, sugar, cinnamon, clove, & blueberries in processor.
In a 9 x 13 baking sheet, layer 10 sheest of dough brushing each with butter. Top with the nut mixture, top remaining 10 sheets of dough brushing with butter. Score the top layer of phyllo witha knife from corner to corner forming diamond shapes, about of 1 1/2" apart.
Bake 30 mins until golden brown
Pour honey syrup over baklava. Cool completely.
