- 2 large firm tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 6 oz (175g) mozzarella, slioced
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced basil or 1 tbsp. /22ml dried basil
- 2 tbsp. ccapers
- Coarse salt
- 2 tbsp. (30ml) extra virgin olive oil

Step 1
Arrange tomato slices and mozzarella on platters in layers.
Sprinlke with basil and capers. Season to taste with salt. Drizzle with olive oil.
