Mississippi Mud Cake

Ingredients

• 3 cubes butter
• 2 c. sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 T cocoa
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 c flour
• 1 1/2 c coconut
• 1 1/2 c nuts
• 1 Jar marshmallow cream
• Frosting
• 1 cube butter
• 1 box powdered sugar
• 1/2 canned milk
• 1/4 c cocoa

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and cocoa. Add remaining cake ingredients. Bake 350 for 40 minutes in sheet pan. While cake is warm, pour marshmallow cream over cake.

Cool.

Ice with frosting combined.
