Grilled Ginger Chicken

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c lime juice
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 1 T fresh minced ginger
  • 1 T minced oregano
  • 2 t rosemary
  • 2 med garlic cloves
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 t pepper


Servings 4


Step 1

Place chicken in shallow baking dish

Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, ginger, oregano, rosemary, garlic, salt and peppers. Pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour

Preheat grill to med high. Brush chicken with mixture. Grill 4-5min per side until juices run clear
