  • 2 cups AP flour - about 9 oz
  • 2 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 10 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup egg substitute
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Place butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 6 min or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Pour into a small bowl to cool for 10 min. Combine the butter and the egg substitute with a whisk. Pour the butter mixture over the flour mixture and stir until just moistened.
Spoon batter into a 13 x 9 baking pan coated with cooking spray and bake for 30 min or until done.
