Ingredients
- 4 hearts of romaine lettuce
- 6 oz chorizo, cooked and crumbled
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco (optional)
- Avacado Dressing
- 2 avacados
- 1/8 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. water
- Juice and zest of two large limes
- 2 t. dried cilantro
- 2 t. garlic powder
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place all dressing ingredients in a blender.
For the salad, cut the romaine lettuce into large wedges. Place on plate and drizzle the dressing over the lettuce. Then top with chorizo, tomatoes, and queso fresco crumbles.
