Ingredients
- 3 lbs potatos peeled and sliced round
- 1 family size can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 box velvetta cheese chunked
- 2 cans evaporated milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a sauce pan mix soup, evaporated milk and cheese. heat until cheese in mostly melted stir frequently. In a large greased baking pan place potatoes. Pour soup mixture over top and mix well. Bake until potatos are tender and slightly brown on top. Serve hot.
