Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Dry Sherry
  • 1/2 lb Broccoli, bite size
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 small Onion sliced thin
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Carrot sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 Chicken Breasts, (thinly sliced)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Soy Sauce, Sherry, Cornstarch, Garlic and 1/4 cup Water, set aside. In Wok or large skillet, stir Chicken in hot Oil 2 mins.
Add vegetables, stir fry 4 mins.
Add Soy Sauce mixture, cook and stir until slightly thickened.
