Ingredients
- 1 stick plus 3 tbsp unsalted Butter
- 1 1/3 cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 drops Almond Extract
- 2/3 cup Sour cream
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 2/3 cups Flour

Preparation
Step 1
Bake 350 deg. on greased cookie sheets.
Cream butter and sugar, about 3 mins. Add eggs 1 at a time, then flavoring. In small bowl stir together cream & baking
soda.
Add flour to creamed mixture, alternating with sour cream, begin and end with flour. (Do not over mix)
Drop level tablespoons about 1 inch apart.
Bake 10 to 12 mins.
Vanilla Icing
1 1/3 cups icing sugar
3 tbsp Milk
3/4 tsp Vanilla
Brush Icing on while cookies are warm.
