Ingredients
- 1 Cup Flour
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 1/4 lb Butter
- 6 oz.Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 Cup Finely Chopped Nuts
- 3 Cups Milk
- 1 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup of the 1 Cup Chopped
- Nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Combine Butter, Flour and half of the 1 Cup Chopped
nuts (as for pie crust).
Press into 9 x 13 in. pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 mins. Cool Crust.
Combine Cream Cheese, Sugar and half of the Cool Whip.
Whip until smooth.
Spread over cooled crust & chill for
5 or 6 minutes.
Combine Milk & Pudding Mix & beat until thickening.
Pour over cream cheese mixture.
Chill 5 or 6 minutes for
easier spreading of remaining Cool Whip.
Sprinkle remain-
ing 1/2 cup of chopped nuts on top. Refrigerate at least
8 Hrs. before serving.
