Ingredients

  • Rich in colour, texture, flavour and easy to prepare
  • 1 broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp, capers, pickled
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped to little cubes
  • 1 red pepper for decoration
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of dry oregano
  • Pinch of dry basil
  • Pinch of dry sage
  • 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • Salt to taste

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for one hour. Remove the top of the red pepper. Fill the pepper with the broccoli mixture. Serve as an appetizer.
