Ingredients
- Rich in colour, texture, flavour and easy to prepare
- 1 broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp, capers, pickled
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped to little cubes
- 1 red pepper for decoration
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch of dry oregano
- Pinch of dry basil
- Pinch of dry sage
- 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for one hour. Remove the top of the red pepper. Fill the pepper with the broccoli mixture. Serve as an appetizer.
