Ingredients

Dressing:
Broccoli, diced
Green onions, chives or Walla Walla sweet onions, diced
Carrots, shredded
Raisins
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix broccoli and green onions, chives or Walla Walla sweet onions with carrots and raisins.

Dressing: Hand whip together the sugar, mayonnaise and vinegar.

Add dressing to salad mixture just before serving.

May add veggie bacon bits with dressing over the top.
