Ingredients
- 2 cups Vinegar
- 6 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Salt
- Cucumbers
- Sprigs of Dill
- 2 to 4 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Pickling Spice

Preparation
Step 1
To make brine for pickles, combine vinegar, water and salt.
Bring to boil and boil for 2 mins. Fill a lge. wide mouthed crock or jar with clean cucumbers, dill, garlic and pickling
spice.
Cool brine slightly and pour over cucumber mixture.
May be eaten after a few days.
Can replace cucumbers as they
are used.
