Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup bite sized cooked ham strips
- 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Old El Paso 40% less sodium taco seasoning
- 2 (8 to 10 inches) fat free flour tortillas, heated
- 1 oz (1/4 cup) shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese

Step 1
In medium nonstick saucepan, combine corn, broccoli and 1/2 cup water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 6 to 8 minutes or until broccoli is crisp tender.
Drain vegetables; return to saucepan. Add ham, sour cream and taco seasoning mix; mix well. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. To assemble tacos, place 1 tortilla on each plate. Sprinkle cheese down center of each tortilla; top with ham mixture. Roll up.
