Mini-Chip Snowball Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) softened butter
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 T vanilla
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups mini choc chips
• 1/2 cups finely chopped nuts
• powdered sugar for top once baked

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar, add remaining ingredients. Bake 350 12-15 mins. Remove and cool 5 mins, roll in powdered sugar. Cool completely and roll in sugar again.
