Toasted Oats
By Hklbrries
Toasted oats can be used in place of bread crumbs, unprocessed bran or wheat germ, and in some cases you can substitute them for nuts. Add them to veggie loaf mixtures; use for breadings; sprinkle small amounts over hot or cold cereals or tossed salads.
