  • 1 envelope pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs seperated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Step 1

Softened gelatin in milk 5 mins. Place in double boiler, add sugar till dissolved. Add beaten egg yolks to mixture, cook and stir till it coats your spoon but not thickened. Add salt and vanilla. Cool. Beat egg whites in seperate bowl till stiff, fold in the egg whites in sauce. Pour into serving dishes. Cover and cool completely before serving.
