Ingredients
- 1 lb Salmon Fillet - cut in 4 pieces
- 2 T Chopped Shallots
- 2 T Lite Mayo
- 2 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp. Capers
- 1/4 cup white wine or vermouth
- 2 T Lite Sour Cream
- 2 tsp. freshly chopped or prepared Horseradish

Spray shallow roasting pan with nonstick spray. Place Salmon skin side down. Sprinkle shallots over and pour wine evenly. Bake 6-8 mins. Combine other ingredients and mix well. Transfer prepared Salmon with slotted spoon to warm serving dish. Top with mayo and garnish with capers.
