Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 4-6 heirloom tomatoes
  • Mozarella cheese (diced or sliced)
  • Vinaigrette:
  • 1 part vinegar to 3 parts olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • kosher sale and fresh cracked pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all vinaigrette ingredients in blender. Chill. Pour over mozzarella and tomatoes. Serve.
