Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 c mild cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 c diced green chilies (4 oz. can)
- 1/2 c sliced green onions
- 1/2 c chopped red pepper
- 1/4 c chopped black olives
- 4 soft taco-sized tortillas
- Salsa

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chilies, green onion, red pepper and olives in medium bowl. Spread 1/2 c. cheese mixture over tortilla and roll up. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap twisting ends closed. Refrigerate 1 hour. Remove plastic wrap and slice each roll. Serve with salsa.
