Cornbread

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1 egg
• 2 1/2 Tbsp oil
• 1/2 tsp + 1/8 tsp soda
• 1/2 tsp + 1/8 tsp salk
• 1 1/4 cup corn meal

Preparation

Step 1

Pour some oil in the bottom of a cast iron skillet and place in 400 degree oven till oil is hot. Make sure it dont start smoking. When it gets hot, pour cornbread mixture in and cook.
