Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 3 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 3 large plums, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp fresh grated nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 4 tbsp butter

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 F. Slice the fruit into a bowl and toss with the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cornstarch and lemon juice. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.

In a bowl, toss the brown sugar, oats and flour until they are well combined. Add the butter and work into the dry ingredients, until the mixture resembles meal. Place on top of the fruit. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
