Ingredients

• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/8 tsp baking soda
• 1/8 tsp baking powder
• pinch salt
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp egg, beaten
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
• Valentine M&M's (optional)
• 1 skookie pan
• Vanilla ice cream

Step 1

In a mixing bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugars. Whisk in egg, butter, and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Press dough into a skookie pan. Press M&M's over the top. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Remove and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
