  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (canola)
  • 2 Tbsp milk

Step 1

Mix together in pie plate: 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 1/2 tsp sugar and 1 tsp salt. Mix together 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 2 Tbsp milk; then pour into flour mixture, use fork to work until combine, then pat into pan, up the sides and bottom. Then fill and bake pie, or you can dock (poke with fork) and bake for pudding pies, etc at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes
