Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs. ground beef
- 3/4 c. uncooked white rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- Spices to taste
- 2 egg whites
- 2.5 c. ginger ale
- 1.5 c. ketchup
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 head (8 c.) grated cabbage

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9 x 13 pan. In bowl, combine meat, rice, onion, spices & egg whites; mix well. In separate bowl, mix ginger ale, ketchup & tomato sauce. Place 6 c. cabbage in baking dish. Spread meat mixture over top. Sprinkle with remaining cabbage. Pour ketchup mixture over top. DO NOT STIR. Cover with foil & bale 1.5-2 hrs, until liquid is absorbed.
