- 2 lb round or blade steak
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 1 can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup celery sliced
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp mustard

Step 1
cut steak into serving size pieces and brown in a little bit of shortening.mix rest of ingredients together and pour over meat.bake at 325 for about 2 hours
