    lb round or blade steak

    can beef consomme

  • 1

    can tomatoes

  • 1

    green pepper sliced

  • 1

    can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms

  • 1

    cup celery sliced

  • salt and pepper

  • 1

    tsp worchestershire sauce

  • 1

    tsp sugar

  • 1

    tsp mustard

Directions

cut steak into serving size pieces and brown in a little bit of shortening.mix rest of ingredients together and pour over meat.bake at 325 for about 2 hours
