• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup Crisco
• 1/4 cup ice water

Step 1

Cut together flour, salt and shortening to make fine crumbs. Gently mix in water.

I roll this out between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
