Ingredients
- French Baguette about 14-inch long
- 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 4 oz fresh goat cheese
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper (about 1 medium)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped sun dried tomatoes in olive oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Kalamata olives
- 2 oz finely chopped spicy salami
- 2 tablespoons minced Italian parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
- Freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
Using an electric mixer beat the cream cheese until smooth and lump-free. Beat in the goat cheese and garlic. Stir in the rest of the ingredients
Slice off both ends off the French baguette loaf. Slice the loaf lengthwise almost all the way through. Cut bread into four equal pieces.
Remove enough bread from inside each fourth to form a groove.
Spread the pate evenly on each fourth piece, pushing the pate down into the groove.
Close each fourth and wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
To serve slice into 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces.
