Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 3 cups cashew flour
  • 4 T honey
  • 1 T coconut oil, melted
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Filling
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup cacoa ribs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 t vanilla extract (or powder)
  • 1 t sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients for crust.
Press into a 9 inch pan.
In a separate bowl, mix together all the filling ingredients.
This will be a very sticky mixture.
Spread on top of the crust.
Place in the dehydrator for 3-4 hours or convection oven at 100 degrees F for 4 hours.
It should be slightly warm and chewy.
Drizzle raw chocolate glaze on top.
