Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 tubes large refrigerator biscuits
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook beef with onion and drain.
2. Add taco seasoning and prepare according to directions using water and cooking time specified.
3. Cool Slightly
4. Flatten the biscuits into 4" circles.
5. Spoon 1/4 cup shredded cheese and 1/4 cup taco meat on top of circles.
6. Top with remaining 8 biscuit dough circles and pinch seams shut. You may need to curl the edges under.
7. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15/20 minutes or until tops are slightly browned.
