Ingredients

  • 2 c. scaled milk
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven 325 degrees
Grease casserole dish with butter

Scald milk and add rice

Combine butter and next four ingredients slowly.

Stir in milk and mix well. Pour in casserole.

Sprinkle cinnamon over top.

Cook 30 mins or until set.
