Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar or 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar, to dust cake

Step 1
1. Mix flour, brown sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt with a fork in an ungreased 8x8 inch Silicone Baking Pan.
2. Add vegetable oil, water, vinegar, and vanilla.
3. Stir thoroughly.
4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the batter.
5. Attach Extender Ring on base of NuWave Oven
6. Put cake on 2inch rack.
7. Place dome on extender ring.
8. Bake on Power level 8 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
9. Cool in pan.
10. Dust with powdered sugar.
