Ingredients
- 6 ears of corn - shucked and cleaned
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. Chili Lime seasoning
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 1 avocado peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 2 Tbs. fresh cilantro chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Brush corn with oil and grill over medium high heat for 10 minutes turning occasionally.
Remove corn from cob, mix with the remaining ingredients, chill and serve.
